- DLA Land and Maritime (DSCC) is considering a solicitation and subsequent Award on an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)* for the items attached. As a potential supplier of these items, we are asking that you fill out this market survey to the best of your knowledge so that we can generate a realistic and beneficial solicitation. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2)(i) this notice is issued for the purpose of market research. This request is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Solicitation or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request For Proposal (RFP), nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government shall not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this notice. Any response received will not be used as a proposal. Responses must include the following: corporate business size, stating whether the company is 8(a) certified, disabled veteran-owned, veteran owned, woman owned, HUB Zone, Native American, or other Small Business Administration approved designations and earliest delivery date for the products to be delivered. DLA Land and Maritime will use the results of this announcement to determine what capabilities exist in the marketplace to fulfill the Government's requirement outlined above. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and other technical data as well as identification of current customers and rough indication of pricing. Any pricing data should be sent, if available and at no cost to the U.S. Government.
