Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Acquistion Management Department, Bethesda, MD. on behalf of Biomed Repair Dept., intends to award a sole source procurement to MEDRAD, INC. for ONE TIME MAINTENANCE INSPECTION OF MEDRAD SOLARIS EP UNIT. This is a urgent requirement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the govenment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one soucre under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no othe rsupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice ia solely within the discretion of the government. Award will be made using SAP.
