Description
The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13), with Cardinal Health, 7000 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017 as the only responsible source that can provide Radiopharmaceutical Supplies.The following radiopharmaceuticals shall make up the requirement according to current workload for one year: Ceretec WBC, TC99m Choletec Mebrofenin, CO5955 QC Equipment CO-57 Flood Source 20, DSMA TC99m, DTPA-TC99m - Technetium Penetate 70, Fuel surcharge, GA67 - Gallium Citrate per mCl, I-123 Iodide Capsules, I-131 therapy capsule, IN-111 Octreo/ IN-111 Pentetreotide, TC-99m Sestamibi, Indium WBC, TC99m MACRO Aggregated Albumin, TC99m MDP - Medronate Diphosphate, Myoview Tetrofosmin TC99m, PYP Pyrophosphate, Sulfur Colloid TC99m, Sulfur Colloid filtered TC99m, TC9900 MAG-3 Mertiatide, TC99M unit dose, TL201 Thallous Chloride, Ultratag, In-11 WBC blood kit (heprin), dose calibrator (CS-137), dose calibrator (CO-57), SYNtrac licensing/hardware fees, and lexiscan. The requirement includes stat delivery when necessary.The system and all of the components, shall be compliant with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements to market and deliver medical products for use in the United States of America, even should delivery be requested outside of the United States. The claims made for the product shall comply with the regulations of the FDA with respect to products for marketing and delivery of a medical product for use in the United States of America, even should delivery be requested outside of the United States. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures FAR 13 There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 424210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Arjun Bhalla at arjun.bhalla@med.navy.mil. Statements are due by March 14, 2011 at 8:00 A.M.
