Description: RECOVERY-This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate the following: design of new piping for buildings 1 &4 to building 35 at the Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory, design of new HVAC system for building 35, asbestos sampling, and to extend the period of performance for the contract in the total amount of $12,105. This task order is issued on existing contract AG-3K15-C-06-0003 which was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services. These additional services arose under performance of the current task order and have been deemed necessary and within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor for contract AG-3K15-D-10-0023 This modification will be awarded to Toland & Mizell 590 Means Street, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30318.
