Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox is seeking to determine the interest of firms capable of providing virtual recruiting support (previously known as cyber recruiting) at Ft. Knox, Kentucky. The market search is to determine the potential firms capable of providing the services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITTED TO AWARD A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Duties: The Virtual Recruiting Center contractor will provide resources to plan, organize, and execute the daily operation of a virtual recruiting and social media center for the United States Army Recruiting Command. This contract will provide a virtual recruiting center that leverages state of the art technology to engage prospective applicants using the full spectrum of social media. Key tasks include prospecting, processing applications and applicants, and sustainment of Future Soldiers and their families. Prospecting activities include refinement of up to 1,000,000 leads generated from various sources, including World Wide Web and social media sites, referrals and recruiting events across the continental United States and select overseas locations. Management and maintenance of the command's mobile application repository. Processing applications and applicants includes receiving on-line applications, eligibility determinations and processing through enlistment. Knowledge of applicable recruiting regulations and enlistment requirements are required. Future Soldier sustainment activities include those actions taken to maintain interaction with Future Soldiers until they ship for training and will require providing information pertaining to Army life and specific job specialties. Interaction may also include family members. Please limit your response to no more than 5 pages and include the following: 1. Business Information a.Company name and address b.D&B DUNS Number c.Socio-economic classification of company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, service disabled veteran owned, HUBZone, large business, etc.). d.Size (gross revenue, number of employees in company) e.Number of years in existence f.Company point of contact - name, phone, and e-mail address. 2.Vendor's capabilities statement shall include: a.List of relevant government and/or private sector contracts and subcontracts it has performed, or is performing within the past three years, include point of contact information - name, phone, and e-mail address. i.Relevant is defined as same or similar to the proposed effort in scope, or complexity. b.Discuss your experience and why you deem the experience to be relevant and of value to this requirement. c.Discuss specific lessons learned or best practices developed that are relevant to this requirement.
