- [RFQ is 8(a) Certified/Very Small Business set aside] The contractor shall provide material and experienced personnel to perform recurring tower and antenna inspection, maintenance and repair services where appropriate for nine (9) FAA-owned RCLR towers and antennas located in the State of Illinois (Champaign System Support Center [CMI SSC], Savoy, Illinois). Period of Performance:Base Year = 10/01/2011-09/30/2012 (FY-12)First Option Year = 10/01/2012-09/30/2013 (FY-13)Second Option Year = 10/01/2013-09/30/2014 (FY-14)Third Option Year = 10/01/2014-09/30/2015 (FY-15)Fourth/Final Option Year = 10/01/2015-09/30/2016 (FY-16) ALL BIDS ARE DUE: Thursday, March 31, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. 3.8.2-9 Site Visit (April 1996) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected toinspect the sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselvesregarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a dispute after contract award. ALL CONTRACT EMPLOYEES MUST BE ESCORTED BY AN FAA EMPLOYEE WHILE IN FAA FACILITIES. The attached Statement of Work, 3.2.2.5-1 Terms and Conditions-Simplified Purchases (Services and Supplies) (July 2010), and the Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2005-2165, Rev. 10, dated 09/30/2010, are applicable.Period of Performance:
