- Change to due date for questions: March 10, 2011. The United States House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is seeking proposals to provide contracted resources to the House in support of its FinMart application. The House uses FinMart, a web-based business intelligence application, to provide financial and inventory reports and monthly payroll certifications, among other reports, to the offices of Members, Committees and the larger House user community. The House seeks proposals for resources in one or more of the following areas: Functional Support, Technical Support, Server and Database Administration and Project Management. The House contemplates awarding one or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts from which it will issue task orders as needs arise. The base period of performance of each contract awarded will be for three years from date of award, with up to three one-year option periods. The solicitation may be downloaded from the House website at http://www.house.gov, Procurement Opportunities, Current Solicitations. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on March 10, 2011 to Steven H. Wishod, Procurement Specialist, CAO Procurement Management, at steven.wishod@mail.house.gov. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be similarly posted as Amendments to the solicitation on the House website. Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Verbal requests for the solicitation package shall not be entertained, and all questions about the solicitation must be e-mailed as indicated above. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on March 28, 2011.
