- MCOM J&A P00116 The attached Justification and Approval document provides the required information regarding the necessary modification to extend the length of the current communications services contract, with Harris Information Technology Services (HITS) Corporation, beyond its term due to the non-availability of the Air Force civil service workforce which will assume responsibility for the communications services, once the approved conversion to in-house performance is complete. The modification is made IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
