- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. UNIVERSAL REMOTE RACKING SYSTEM Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies required to provide portable, motor operated, circuit breaker racking system compatible with existing ABB/Brown Boveri K-Line and Magnum Magne Blast 13.8 KV Circuit Breakers. Portable racking System to include but not limited to Control Console; wireless color video camera; LED lighting; LCD monitor with case.
