Description
SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license to Niche Incorporated, a Massachusetts corporation having a principal place of business at 84 Gifford Street, New Bedford, MA 02744. The proposed license is a revocable, royalty bearing, exclusive license to practice and sell the inventions described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application No. 11/811,527 entitled, Apparatus for Releasing a Parachute From its Payload, and a second unpublished U.S. Patent Application describing a ground impact cargo parachute release mechanism, and any corresponding foreign patents and patent applications that may be applied for and issued throughout the world. DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
