- Request for Quote AG-31ME-S-11-1005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested in and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully. The solicitation AG-31ME-S-11-1005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The complete statement of work is available in this solicitation. Services anticipated under this RFQ are to provide a Community and Economic Development (CED) expert to co-facilitate the training with a USDA-RD staff member. The contractor will also manage and host the training, which will take place via web conferencing services with a teleconference mechanism. The contractor may select the technology to use, as long as it is accessible to all USDA-RD employees as well as the CED expert. The Contractor must provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work and the solicitation/contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 and the applicable size standard is $7.0M. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), as required by FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. If you are already registered in CCR, you are hereby advised to review your information to ensure that your registration is complete and verified. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. If you have an updated version of Representations and Certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website, you can include a statement reflecting this in your offer rather than sending a hard copy. Your offer must be clear on this point. Responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 pm EST on March 21, 2011. Responses should be submitted via email.
