The Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery is soliciting offers under Solicitation Number VA-786-11-RP-0105 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, professional expertise, and equipment, to sufficiently meet the requirements to maintain a healthy and aesthetic grounds appearance for cemetery turf mowing, trimming, and edging at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL 60421 for Fertilizer /Pesticide Application. All work shall be performed in accordance with Contract Specifications, Performance Requirement Summary, and all the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7 Million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to: Henry Dukes, Contract Specialist in writing at henry.dukes@va.gov. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical and 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around March 4, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 14, 2011 EST. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.FedBizOpps.gov ).
