Description
Sole Source Sole Source Combined Synopsis FA2521-11-T-0034 The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement to purchase a Retrofit FMQ-19 Weather Sensor. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. 45 CONS/LGCB intends to award to Coastal Environmental Systems, the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement. The Field Data Collection Unit used by the FMQ-19 is proprietary to the contractor. The solicitation number FA2521-11-T-0034 shall be used to reference notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. This is sole source set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. All companies must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. All companies must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. WAWF instruction shall be provided at time of award.
