- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION SERVICES TO THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY The requirement is for Certification and Accreditation Support Services to the NIST Office of Information Systems Management (OISM) in support of NIST's need for Risk Management Framework (RMF) support. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. The standard classification NAICS code is 541519 -- Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of $25.0 million. NIST intends to post a solicitation consisting of a period of performance of five (5) years for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Certification and Accreditation Support Services to the NIST Office of Information Systems Management (OISM) in support of NIST's need for Risk Management Framework (RMF) support on or about March 18, 2010. Offerors shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov, in order to be eligible to receive a contract under this acquisition. NIST anticipates posting the solicitation fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this notice (or as soon as possible thereafter). NIST estimates that this acquisition will be valued at $9.5 Million. Potential Offerors will be responsible for obtaining this solicitation and related Amendments, if any, from www.fbo.gov after the solicitation has been posted. It is, and will continue to be, the responsibility of each potential Offeror to monitor www.fbo.gov for any amendments or other information related to the solicitation; the Government will not be maintaining a mailing list.
