This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48 effective January 31, 2011 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010.
