This is a HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) Set-Aside solicitation; offers will only be accepted from firms that are certified by the SBA (Small Business Administration) as being HUBZone firms. The solicitation (Bid Package) will be issued on 3/21/2011, and will only be available on FedBizOpps.
