- Motor Coach Sources Sought 1.OBJECTIVE: Provide passenger motor coach service for National Creative Arts Festival in Fayetteville, AR 2.NAICS Codes: 485210, 485510, 485999 3.SCOPE: Contractor shall provide services as outlined below: A.Provide multiple passenger coach buses and drivers during the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival from October 16- 24, 2011. B.Contractor will expect to transport all Veteran participants, family/caregivers, and supporting staff for approximately 8 consecutive days during the festival. C.At the beginning and end of the festival, contractor will be expected to utilize coaches and transport up to 300 total passengers and baggage to and from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) to the Embassy Suites of Northwest Arkansas: Hotel, Spa & Convention Center in Rogers AR. D.Additional locations will be visited by the participants throughout Northwest Arkansas, of which will be designated closer to the date of reference. Contractor will expect all travel to originate at the Embassy Suites Hotel and return to the Embassy Suites Hotel. E.Daily transport should expect between 40-125 passengers, depending on the relevant event. A solidified schedule is still being produced and has yet to be finalized. Contractor should expect clarification to be determined upon receipt of said solicitation. 3. APPLICABLE STANDARDS: All services shall be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks procedures. Coach buses are expected to be climate controlled and allow for individual seating of all participants and staff. Buses shall have inboard public address system to allow for in-transit briefings of passengers. Coach vehicles will have DVD movie playing capability which will allow passengers to view informational DVDs in transit and must be viewable and heard throughout all seating areas. 4. INSPECTIONS: Contractor is responsible for all permits and applicable inspections to perform assigned duties. Vendor is expected to have appropriately licensed and insured drivers, of which proof must be provided prior to award. *All qualifying contractors are asked to list their company on Interested Vendors List tab, or simply communicate in writing (via email or mail) to: Le Kisha A.
