- PROPERTY INCLUDED IN FORMAL SALE 0181-S1005A BID FORM FOR FORMAL SALE 0181-S1005A TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 0181-S1005A Lockheed Martin MFC, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819 is offering for sale by sealed bid a wide variety of Government surplus property with original acquisition value of $ 1,080,016.00. This is your invitation for Bid. It contains brief description of the property, sale terms, and a bid form. Bid amount is required by single lot which will include all items within that lot. There is one lot for this sale. SEALED BID SALE: 01 8 1-S1005A Formal BID CLOSE DATE: March 31, 2011, 4:00 PM EST Property can be inspected between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 23 th and Thursday March 24, 2011 at 7440 Brokerage Drive, Orlando FL 32809. Each bidder will be permitted inspection by no more than one person, with a 30 minute time limit. All visitors conducting inspection must be U.S. citizens and bring two acceptable forms of non-expired photo ID. Examples of acc eptable forms of photo ID are: State-issued driver license, Govt-issued identification card, U.S. passport, U.S. military ID (active duty, retired or dependent ID). Each visitor must obtain a temporary "Escort Required" type visitor badge from the Visitor Center at our main complex located at 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando FL 32819 prior to arriving for inspection at above property location address.
