Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Proposal is issued herein. The General Services Administration has a requirement for Fire & Emergency Response Services at the B.H. Whipple Federal Building, including the Parking Ramp, surrounding open Parking lots, and open fields around the building in Ft. Snelling, MN. The project scope will consist of the management, supervision, manpower, materials, equipment and supplies; and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all Fire & Emergence Response requirements for the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building, Parking Ramp, surrounding open Parking lots, and open fields around the building in accordance with the scope of work.
