Description

RECOVERY: This notice is for information purposes only. A contract modification was issued to Contract No. GS-01P-09-BZ-C-00128 to add change order work as follows: Changes in the front entry pavilion; increased pumping and water handling for Geothermal Well drilling; PCB caulk remediation during window replacement; remote fuel fill and load bank for the emergency generator; changes between the 100% CDs and the Issued For Construction Documents associated with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, masonry, millwork, glass and glazing; changes associated with Bulletin #1 (IAS and GSA OCIO); Gallery glass wall at lobby; changes to the incoming primary electrical service conduits for a total of $1,899,968.00. This modification is made to an existing contract that was competed using full and open competition.
