Description

Naval Air Warfare Training System Division (NWACTSD) intends to issue a bridge extension for nine months for the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract N61339-03-D-6005, and Task Order 00032that was awarded to Fidelity Technologies Corporation. This contract provides classroom and simulator aviator Pilot and NFO Contract Instructional Services (CIS) to fleet users at the following sites: NAS Lemoore, CA; NAS Whidbey Island, WA; and NAS North Island, CA. The following platforms are supported: MH-53, F/A-18, HH/SH-60, P-3, MH-60R, SH-60B/R, MH-60S and MH-53E. The purpose of this extension and contract value increase is to provide continuous, uninterrupted services while this contract is in the process of re-solicitation and award. The nine months bridge extension would add an additional period to the CISPAC contract from April 1, 2011 to December 2011. The total combined ceiling values will be increased by $5,625,000 million, changing the total contract ceilings from $43.7 million to $ 49.3 million. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
