Duration of Contract Period: Multi-year 3 years Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Pre-Solicitation Synopsis1.This will be a Sole Source Solicitation for Eaton AerospaceLLC, MC Aerospace Division dba Sterer Engineering (hereinafter: "Eaton")for procurement of regulating valves to support the F15 aircraft. TheSolicitation will be issued on or about: 01 Apr 11 and closes 30 Apr 11for the acquisition of Aircraft Regulating Valve. 3 Year IndefiniteDelivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. 2.PR Number(s): FD2030-11-80920 3.Spare 4.AMC: 3D 5.Valve, Regulating Flow 6.NSN: 1650-01-320-7638 7.P/N: MC18152 8.Description: The regulating flow valves function is tofacilitate the manual adjustment of cockpit defog airflow. This itemregulates the aircraft's hydraulic pressure. 9.Quantity: Basic Year BEQ (21) EA / Second Year: BEQ (14) EA,Third Year: BEQ (12). 10.Applicable to: F15 11.Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. 12.Required Delivery: 4 EA a month After Receipt of Reps and Order 13.Export Control: N/A 14.If unit price exceeds $5,000.00 then UID requirements may apply 15.POC: Keri A. bell (405) 734-4622, Keri.Bell@tinker.af.mil,FAX: (405) 739-4417 Notes: Prospective vendors must comply with all the requirements of thesolicitation and its attachments to be considered responsive. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
