- Request for InformationMarket Research ? Dashboard Software EPA Region 7, located in Kansas City, KS is conducting market research for a Operational Dashboard software that has the following components. ?Ability to import data from a Lotus Notes database, specifically from the ToDo fields. An added bonus would be to allow for manipulation of the data within the software and allow for export of the data back to the notes database to the ToDo fields. ?Ability to track tasks?Ability to import mySQL data and convert data into dashboard graphics?Ability to store documents?Collaboration space?Final application needs to be accessible via blackberry and the web behind a government firewall. ?Application needs to include Enterprise Resource Planning oAn integrated system that operates in real time without relying on periodic updatesoA common database, that supports all applications. oA consistent look and feel throughout each module.oInstallation of the system without elaborate application/data integration by the Information Technology (IT) department. Please answers the questions below and submit your response No Later Than Tuesday, March 22, 2011. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, no formal solicitation or request for quote exists at this time. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services. The purpose of this RFI is to identify different types of systems and capabilities to best meet the needs of EPA. At a minimum, please submit your answers to the questions below. In addition, brochures, CDs, online demos, and pamphlets are welcome. Pricing and information such as part numbers and any technical specifications are acceptable. No phones calls will be accepted. Please provide an approximate yearly maintenance cost?
