- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1521025AG01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49 effective 24 Jan 11, Defense DPN 20110222 effective 22 Feb 11, and AFAC 2011-0214 effective 14 Feb 2011. This acquisition is restricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326211. The business size standard is 1,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2630. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5014. The requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001 - Replacement Tires for U30 tow tractors 445/95/R25 VHS Ratiing: 32 ply Type: Tubeless- 8 each CLIN 0002 - Board of Equalization tire fee - 8 each CLIN 0003 - Energy Surcharge - 1 each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
