- ITEM 0001: Master NSN 4310-00-693-2653, IAW PD10WRGBGBEA02 REV C, MB-8Compressor, is used to operate small pneumatic tools and to support various weapon system platforms where there is a need for shop air to accommodate maintenance functions. Requirement is for 4 each (1 ea Pre-Production Unit and 3 ea production units) plus data associated with the Pre-Production Unit to include technical manuals in the basic year. Also included are 3 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365days, 1-15 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-15each; Option III is valid 1095 days, 1-15 each. Materials: Various. DELIVERY: Place of delivery for Pre-Production Unit: FE6530, 1ea production unit: FE4802, 2 ea Production units: FE6021. Pre-Production is due 30 days ARO Approval of Test Inspection Report; Test Plan is due 45 days ARO contract; Test Inspection Report is due 240 days ARO contract. Delivery of production units are 180 days ARO approval of Pre-Production Unit. Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of option. Location to be determined. PD10WRGBGBEA02 REV C will be made available online when the RFQ is posted. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 30 March 2011; quotes are due 30 April 2011. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP.OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACYASSOON AS POSSIBLE. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFQ and /or the data must be submitted in writing to Amber.McCulloch@robins.af.mil with copy toTara.Odom@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal. Anticipated award date is 05 August 2011. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii) - Trade Agreements - One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreement.
