STATEMENT OF WORK/SERVICES The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care Systems of the Ozarks (VHSO), Medical Center located at 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas has a 'Leica ST 5010 Autostainer XL, sn-1132' unit in need of evaluation and repair (Technical Service Call). Work shall be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., any day of the week, Monday thru Friday. The contractor is to provide a breakdown of cost, to include any travel to/from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care Systems of the Ozarks, Medical Center (if applicable); Hourly labor rate; Parts Price List for the Autostainer unit and any incidentals.
