The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a, Public Law No. 93-579, (Dec. 31, 1974)) prohibits the disclosure of personally identifiable information from a system of records absent the written consent of the subject individual. The list is compiled of vendors and contact phone numbers that registered, wait-listed and/or attended the D3I Acquisition Strategy Industry Day. It also includes vendors that self registered on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov/spg/USA/SMDC/DASG60/D3I-SPECIALNOTICE2/listing.html as interested vendors.
