- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 115,000 net usable square feet of Hangar, shop, storage maintenance bay vault, and administrative space within 25 mile radius of San Angelo Texas. The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances; Compliance with the Department of Defense Unified Facility Criteria force protection standards [which include building setbacks of 148 LF to public vehicle access]. Services needed: Jet Fuel, Aircraft Rescue/Fire Fighting certified, weather services, capability to support C-130, C-17 would be a plus. Hangar should have water deluge firefighting system, compressed air system, plumbing, 240V/3 phase electrical service, capable of supporting suspension-based fall protection system, access to high-speed internet service and HVAC administrative area. Minimum of 200 parking spaces, access road capable of handling 18 wheel trucks and security fencing, employee, military equipment and aircraft parking. The ideal space would be located in San Angelo, TX, Texas. A one-year firm term lease with four one-year renewal options is intended. Space must be ready for occupancy 1September2011.
