- Sole Source Justification Sole Source Combined Synopsis FA2521-11-P-0070 The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement to purchase a GNAT Software Maintenance Renewal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. 45 CONS/LGCB intends to award to Ada Core Technologies, Inc., only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement. However, the Government will consider any responses from sources capable of providing THIS EXACT ITEM received within 5 days after the date of publication of this solicitation. The solicitation number FA2521-11-P-0070 shall be used to reference notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. This is SOLE SOURCE set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541511 with a size standard of $25M.
