- PRON: AX1T6020AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 25 up to 125 maximum, of a PUMP, OIL, SPECIAL, applicable to the CH-47 TURBINE ENGINE (T55), NSN: 4820-01-394-1834, P/N: 2-300-932-01. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article is 25 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 25 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC., CAGE CODE: 99193 with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. This item will be added to the corporate contract SPM-740-01-D-9711. The Defense Logistics Agency plans to add approximately 434 NSNs which DLA deems sole source to Honeywell, Inc. to the existing Strategic Supplier Alliance contracts. The following NSN 4820-01-394-1834 is added to this listinf of sole source items. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
