Description

The Solicitation GS-05P-11-SE-C-0018 is issued for the Restroom Construction Project in the Minneapolis Federal Office Building. The contractor shall furnish all, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the scope of work. Portions of the Federal Office Building are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project involves the renovation of the 2nd floor restrooms and includes but is not limited to the following work: restore and replace doors, replace partitions, install water closets and install lighting. As of January 1, 2005, all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
