Description
Project Title: Audiology Renovation (SA) Project No. 630-CSI-102 Provide all necessary labor and materials to renovate the Audiology Renovation at the New York Harbor Healthcare System-St. Albans Campus. Scope of Work: 1.Install new Audiology suite on 3rd floor of Bldg 89. 2.Work includes but not limited to demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire protection system, and cctv security system. 3.Install new finishes throughout in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Finishes include new ceiling system, flooring, lighting, painting, handrail, corner guards, etc. 4.Install new millwork and casework as shown on the drawing. 5.Perform asbestos abatement in accordance with contract drawings and specification. 6.All asbestos work on 3rd floor and 2nd floor will be done after hour and on the weekends only. 7.Any demolition done on 2nd floor to prep for asbestos and plumbing routing will be done after hour and on weekends. Restoration on 2nd floor will also be done after hour or on weekends. 8.Install new partitions, new doors, frames, and hardware. 9.Work will be done in phases. Each phase must be completed prior to the commencement of the following phase. All work required to occur in occupied areas shall be scheduled in advance with the COTR and be performed after hours or on weekends. 10.All work shall be done in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. 11.Contractor shall follow all infection control (ICRA) measures and Interim Life safety measures during construction. 12.All work shall be done in accordance with NFPA, Life Safety, NEC codes and VA regulations and standards.
