- Special Notice RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Architect and Engineer (A/E) task order number GS-P-05-09-GB-5033 to Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc (HGA). The purpose of this modification, which is in the amount of $880,000.00, is to provide additional construction administration services associated with the increase in the construction.
