- Attachment 3 AFSPC light fixture req't Attachment 2 LED Supplier Data collection sheet Attachment 1 ETL 10-18 AFSPC 2011 LED RFI-1 The purpose of this RFI is to identify all potential vendors, collect their product and company information/capabilities, and allow industry the opportunity to address potential concerns with the attached ETL 10-18 specification", and requirements approach. There is no solicitation at this time. A pre-solicitation notice will be synopsized prior to issuing any resulting solicitation. Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), in order to meet the energy reduction requirements of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, and Executive Order 13423, is contemplating an energy saving street and parking lot light fixture replacement program using Light Emitting Diode (LED) type luminairs. The focus of this program is on AFSPC installations nationwide and potential expansion of the program to all USAF installations. Provide your comments and concerns with the attached ETL 10-18, and proposed requirement which will be the basis of the final specification and requirement package. Please be sure to provide rational as to why certain portions of ETL 10-18 (specification) or proposed requirement may or may not be achievable, cost effective, reasonable, etc. Return VIA email any with all comments or questions (in letter form) to the POC listed in this RFI. Please also complete the attached data collection sheet fully, and return VIA email along with all comments or questions you may have to the POC listed in this RFI. Please feel free to call Capt Kussavage @ 719-554-5251 if there are specific questions or clarifications regarding "completing" this data collection sheet. The applicable NAICS code is 335129. Small Business size standard is 500 employees with an FSC of 6210. Submit the fully completed data collection sheet, questions, comments and concerns to Captain Michael Kussavage at michael.kussavage@peterson.af.mil. When available, the resultant pre-solicitation notice and solicitation will be posted at this website. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this RFI or Government use of any information provided.
