- Description
- The Contractor shall provide full maintenance services on all elevators out-lined in the elevator schedule as per ANSI, OSHA, NEC, Local codes and other applicable codes/requirements. The work to be performed by the elevator Contractor under the specifications shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and any other items necessary to provide 100% maintenance services and repairs, including inspections, adjustments, all tests and replacement of parts as herein specified for all equipment related to operation, function, safety, and etc. for all elevators/dumbwaiters at VA Buffalo site. All service and repair work shall be performed in compliance with the latest approved edition of the ANSI/ASME Safety Codes for Elevators and Escalators, as well as other applicable codes. This contract is effective for a base year beginning April 1st, 2011 and four option years to be exercised unilaterally at the sole discretion of the government.
