- FA4528-10-R-0008 The 5th Contracting squadron requires the accomplishment of Project MIN 11-6001, Repair Cathodic Protection - IDIQ on Minot AFB, ND. The work is 20% General, and 80% Electrical. Project minimum is $200,000 and the project maximum is $1,999,999. The Performance Period will be specified on each Delivery Order. Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications and drawings. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work may be in a restricted area. A one-year Warranty of Construction will be applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238190 (Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors); The Business Size Standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable". Solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 1 Apr 2011 with an anticipated closing date on or about 1 May 2011. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
