- Document Destruction Wage Determination Document Destruction Non-Disclosure Agreement Document Destruction PWS Document Destruction Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. The solicitation / Request for Proposal (RFP) number is FA8224-11-R-5002. The Government contemplates award of one firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFP is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561990 with a size standard of $7 million. This acquisition is for the procurement of On-Site Document Destruction Services for the 309th Maintenance Wing. See attached solicitation, Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 March 2011, Non-Disclosure Agreement and Wage Determination for detailed contract requirements. Anticipated period of performance is one year with four (4) option years. Contractor shall provide FFP rates for each contract line item number (CLIN) including all options. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or about, 1 May 2011. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation, clauses in the solicitation for instructions and evaluation criteria. Emailed proposal are preferred.
