- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea Sole Source award to Perceptive Pixel, Inc. under the authority of10U.S.C.2304 (C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is forthe procurement of five 55' LCD custom stands, p/n# Rollstand-LCD55,drafting table style. These stands are proprietary in design due to theiradvanced technology, and are needed for training purposes. This action will beconducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13, NAICS code 334119. This synopsis ispublished for informational purposes only. and is not a request for competitiveoffers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted inwritingto the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to competethis proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government.
