- Description
- This project consists of work to restore the Point Iroquois Lighthouse Tower. Work entails painting the interior and exterior of the tower, and painting the exterior of the lighthouse. It also includes cleaning, paint removal, brick replacement, repointing, door and window replacement, painting and other related work. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the work site to discuss the scope of work. Date has yet to be determined. Solicitation is estimated to be available online in early April. Cost estimate of the work is between $25,000 and $150,000.
