- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334413 (Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing). The U.S. Military Academy West Point NY is seeking sources capable of providing two (2) each Radiation Dosimeters equal to or better than Teledyne manufactured part number UDOS001-C. The delivery period will be seven (7) days from receipt of order. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing these products. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to deliver a product of at least comparable form, fit and function as that described above. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334413 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Responses are to be submitted by e-mail to lee.copeland@usma.edu. The information requested must be received no later than 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time on 23 March 2011.
