- PRE-SOLICITATION - W91247-11-T-0028 SUBJECT: Removal and Installation of Carpet and Vinyl Composite Tile in Building H-3743, Fort Bragg, North Carolina The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Center - Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue a solicitation for a requirement for the removal and installation of new carpet tiles and vinyl composition tile in building H-3743, located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement consists of removing existing cove base, carpet, tile; proper disposal of removed materials; furnish and install new cove base, carpet, vinyl composition tile and transitions. The requirement will be set aside Small business, Women-Owned, under NAICS Code 442210, with a size standard of $7 Million. A Firm Fixed Price contract type is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-11-T-0028- and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acqusition.army.mil/afsi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitations will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the request for quote (RFQ) will be on or before 18 March, 2011.
