- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Solicitation No. S11PS00043 was issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and currently has two amendments incorporating changes/clarifications. Amendment 000001 corrects information in block 6. and 11. of the SF 18. Amendment 000002 incorporates changes to the Statement of Work (highlighted in yellow) as a result of questions received from prospective bidders, and adds Total Organic Carbon as a parameter in Table 1. Acknowledgment of amendments is required. This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS 541380, Small Business Size Standard $12.0 applies to this requirement to conduct laboratory analyses on samples collected by OSM Team Members at approximately twenty-two (22) locations in the State of West Virginia. Quotes shall be submitted as a lump sum fixed price to include all costs associated with the specified services required as outlined in the attached Statement of Work and Table 1.
