- NSN: 6340-00-674-2289, Alarm Control, used on the 05F Stratolifter Aircraft, 06F Hercules C-130, 11F Galaxy C-5, 56F B-1B Bomber, 58N C-130 Hercules, 59N, KC-130 Hercules, ATF SOF Aircraft. Two approved source listed as Projects Unlimited Inc (04597) P/N: 68C37331 and Automation Projects Group Inc (52797) P/N: 4-117. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Critical Application Item, Configuration Control, and MIL STDs apply. Requested delivery is in 72 Days. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge & Sustainmen is not required for this NSN. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside using the procedures of Other Than Full & Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 130 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 32 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 32 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 130 EA, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 260 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 4/4/2011, closing date is 5/4/2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
