- The Army Contracting Command, National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Office of the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) intends to award a sole source task order extension to BCP International (BCPI), LTD, 1800 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 350 Alexandria, VA 22311-1708, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(b)(2) as implemented by FAR 16.505(b)(2) (iii) and DFARS 216.505-70(b)(2). In the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under contract, W91WAW-10-D-0058. BCPI will provide critical administrative and management support services to The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS). This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price task order modification, with a period of performance of two (2) months commencing on 01 April 2011, and ending on 31 May 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541612 with a size standard of $5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source task order extension is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
