- The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement for Helicopter Leadlines, 6000 lb. capacity, 12 foot length, shall conform to USDA-Forest Service specification 5100-505 dated September 2004. Firm, fixed-price offers shall be requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. L11PS00313 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation package will be posted on or about March 18, 2011, thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://www.fedconnect.net. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332618, Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees.
