- Request for Proposal document SF 1449 Form Wage Determination A requirement for contractor services to translate a variety of documents from English to Spanish and occasionally from Spanish to English. The documents include but are not limited to, speeches, talking points, policy papers, fact sheets, scripts, op-eds, captions for photos, radio addresses and web site information. In each year of the current contract's five (5) year period of performance, approximately 400,000 words were translated per year. Any contract ultimately awarded in support of this requirement will be for a base period of 1 year, with 4 - 1 year option periods. This action is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. Only proposals from Certified HUBZone will be evaluated. Award is anticipated not later than 20 April 2011.
