- The United States Government has a requirement to increase the maximum dollar value of supplies and services the Government may acquire via any/all combined delivery orders awarded to Army Targetry System (ATS) I contractors under DAAE20-02-D-0020, DAAE20-02-D-0021, DAAE20-02-D-0022, DAAE20-02-D-0025, and DAAE20-02-D-0033 by $33,500,000, from $149,000,000 to $182,500,000. These modifications are necessary to allow the Government to issue future delivery orders for ATS ranges manufactured in accordance with the terms of the contract(s) via the existing basic contracts until the follow-on contracts are awarded, subject to the availability of adequate funding. ATS ranges are ranges are used to fulfill our soldiers' qualification requirements, along with developing and improving the combat skills of warfighters when they are called upon to conduct military exercises and/or participate in actual combat actions against opposing forces. These modifications are restricted to the following contractors: * Contract DAAE20-02-D-0020 - Lockheed Martin Global Training & Logistics, 100 Global Innovation Cir, Orlando, FL, 32825; * Contract DAAE20-02-D-0021 - Meggitt Training Systems, 296 Brogdon Rd, Suwanee, GA, 30024; * Contract DAAE20-02-D-0022 - Action Target Inc, 3411 S Mountain Vista Pkwy, Provo, UT, 84603; * Contract DAAE20-02-D-0025 - Saab Training USA LLC, 2602 Challenger Tech Court, STE 130, Orlando, FL, 32826; *Contract DAAE20-02-D-0033 - ATA Defense Industries, 146 Factory St, Camden, TN, 38320 All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
