- STATEMENT OF WORK LIGHT SPECS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Construction Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 36. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and Notice of Site Visit. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-11-R-5003, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $33,500,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The FSC is 56. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 is requesting Constrcution Services to repair rear portion of Building 730 at Buckley AFB CO in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. ATTN: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS THIS IS A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY 30 MARCH 2011 @ 0900 AT BUILDING 830 CLASSROOM. Bidders must request Entrance Access Listing from POC by email lisa.brandfas@ang.af.mil and submit completed form to Contracting Office NLT 4:00 pm 25 March 2011 in order to gain access. All others that do not make the cutoff date will be met at the Visitors Center, 6th Avenue Gate by Contracting Personnel to be escorted to Site Visit. Please have Drivers License, Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance. The point of contact for technical questions regarding this solicitation can be addressed to: anthony.chin@ang.af.mil. The closing date for submission of bids is Friday 15 April 2011 by 4:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of Price and Delivery Time. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code and be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer to accept payment
