- The U.S. Department of Labor has an urgent requirement to acquire PIV II Card supplies from XTEC Inc. on a sole source basis and provide initial and updated identification cards to all new and or existing DOL employees at Francis Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, D.C. 20210.
