- The Government will accommodate one-on-one sessions following the Government Briefing, affording interested offerors the opportunity to provide up to a 20 minute capabilities brief (the Government will make best efforts to accommodate Power Point Presentations, however, CDs and hard copies are highly recommended). Questions may be submitted during the briefing; however, the Government reserves the right to respond at a later date. Interested offerors who desire a one-on-one session with the Government are required to submit their request separate from the submission of the Visit Authorization Request (VAR). Time slots for the one-on-one sessions may be assigned on a first come first serve basis; however, consideration will be given to those interested offerors who are not local to the Orlando, Fl vicinity. As a result of this change, the one-on-one sessions may carry over to the following day, pending the number of requests received. The closing date for the Sources Sought Notice remains unchanged and is corrected to read "Thursday, March 24, 2011." End of Amendment
